*Cheese does not have to be cream cheese. It's ok without parsley. It's delicious with just tomato sauce and chicken.
*It is also delicious to chop the parsley stems and stir-fry them with onions and tomatoes.
*If you don't have mushroom broth, add white wine or water and steam. I don't think the consomme granules are necessary, but you can add a very small amount.
