* When using a garlic tube, entangle the flour and then add it to hot oil to prevent the garlic from scattering.
* Add water while frying minced chicken to bring out the flavor and fat of the chicken.
* Finally, tear off the basil leaves and add them, then turn off the heat immediately. I tried it with Shiso leaves, but I feel that basil is more suitable (`・ ω ・ ´)
* When making a fried egg with ordinary aluminum foil, apply a generous amount of oil. The reason why I used a small amount of oil even with siliconized aluminum foil for frying pans was because I wanted a little browning.
* When fried eggs, if you drop only the white once and put the yolk on it later, the white film (egg white) will not stick when you bake. However, when baking with a toaster, it is better to make a hole in the yolk (in the fried egg in the video, the yolk inside is blowing out from the hole). If you bake in a frying pan, you don't need a hole in the yolk, and I think you can bake it in a clean yolk state (`・ ω ・ ´) ノ ✨
