【アーモンドクッキー】
今日は、成形なしで焼くまでに５分もかからない超簡単で超時短の『アーモンドクッキー』を作りました。
生地を直接鉄板に広げたらそのまま焼いて、焼きあがってから切り分けるスタイルなので、生地を寝かせる時間も成形する時間も不要です。
「おやつ食べたいな〜♪」と思ってから作ってもこれならすぐに出来ちゃいます。しかも出来立てはアーモンドの風味が特に豊かで香ばしく絶品！！！
美味しくて簡単なのでおやつタイムや急な来客時などに、ぜひお試しください。

〈材料〉
卵 1個
砂糖 40g
薄力粉 50g
アーモンドスライス 80g
